The Hunger Games

            The top seller books, The Hunger Games, is going to become a new movie on (the big screen) March 23rd. The movie i believe is about only the first book, The Hunger Games, and not the others; yet.
           The book is about a girl named Katniss and her sister gets picked for the Hunger Games, but she volunteers and she becomes the girl tribute for Hunger Games. The boy tribute, Peeta, is madly in love with her and the adventure in The Hunger Games becomes more interesting as their peers discover their spectacular love for one another! But when Peeta told the crowd of people in the Capitol she thought he was lying to them but he was telling the truth and she went along with it because Haymitch told her that he did it so they'd get more patrons for the games but he lied to them both!!!
            So eventually the two meet back up in the Hunger Games after being separated for awhile and then the cave scene!!! OH THAT CAVE SCENE WHERE SHE TELLS HIM SHE LOVES HIM BUT LIES WHILE TELLING THE TRUTH! I MEAN SHE LOVED HIM AND DIDN'T KNOW IT BUT THOUGHT SHE WAS LYING WHEN SHE SAID SO!!!!!

           Then finally they both win the games by trying to commit suicide together so yeah they won!!!!!!  

April Fool's Edition

            As some of you may know by now, Snooki is pregnant. Snooki, also known as Nicole Polizzi, has become impregnated by Jionni Lavalle. Now would you want a mini snooki? Because just look at her face, how would you not want another of her!!!!
           Snooki is expected to have her baby in October...about the 23rd.

April Fools

            The Woman in Black was a dreadful movie, just absolutely retched. It was barely a plot and all the actors suck at acting! Out of all the movies I've seen in my years I've never seen such crap! It takes quite a time before the pieces of a bloody terrible puzzle appear, and when they do, they don't always fall into place very well!!!
               The Woman in Black is your standard-issue ghost story, prettied up in period clothes to make it look like a magnificent picture. I just think the movie wasted my time and money!

SNL 1/14/12

            On Saturday Jan. 14, 2012 Daniel Radcliffe hosted for Saturday Night Live. While hosting he showed us his best american accent, revisited his potter past and acted as Casey Anthony's dog. Truly, the scripts and writing were fantastical and hilarious!
           While Daniel was hosting SNL was wonderful the musical guest, Lana Del Rey, was dreadful at singing. So far since the show was aired there has been so much negative feedback towards her performance that there is a debate of between her, Ashley Simpson, Sinead O'Connor, and Ke$ha!
          Personally I saw the show that night and I though Daniel Radcliffe did amazing and the rest of the cast. Except I agree that Lana Del Rey really was awful.

Ricky Gervais Bashed Kim Kardashian

           While at the Golden Globe Awards on January 15, 2012. Ricky Gervais made jokes such as Kim is a trashier version of Kate Middleton; who I guess is pretty trashy. He also made jokes about her 72-day marriage saying that he's sat through longer James Cameron acceptance speeches. Lastly Ricky used Kim to explain how the Golden Globes were a little bit "drunker" than the Oscars.
            What did Kim Kardashian say about all of this? She thought they were....funny and hilarious? She did I'm not joking! But she said some inaccurate as she hardly drinks.

David Furnish lashed out on Madonna!

            Elton John's husband David Furnish went on a rage towards Madonna. Madonna, nominated in the same category as Elton John, won the best original song award. David calculated her speech was narcissistic and embarrassing. Elton John also seemed angry Madonna was even nominated for the category (the same category he was nominated for). 
             During her speech David writes that, "Madonna winning Best Original Song truly shows how these awards have nothing to do with merit. Her acceptance speech was embarrassing in it's narcissism. And her critisism of Gaga shows how desperate she really is."
              Before the awards Elton had already seemed particularly bitter/rude towards Madonna; telling the press on the red carpet that there was no way that she would win the award....guess he was wrong.

Puss in Boots

            The movie Puss in Boots is a spin off of the Shrek movies.
Summary:Long before he even met Shrek, the notorious fighter, lover and criminal Puss in Boots becomes a hero when he sets off on an adventure with the tough and street smart Kitty Softpaws and the mastermind Humpty Dumpty to save his town.      Puss in Boots has so far been a great success(according to rotten tomatoes.com) with 81% for all critics and top critics liking it 86%! Know if you've seen the commercials you see a cute little cat giving you the puppy eyes(get it, a oxymoron) and then....POUNCE! He's pouncing on the guy and attacking with vigorous swings. The movie is action packed and romantic at the same time with a life lesson filled tale.
